What are meal choices

Answer

There will be sliced ham, green beans with new potatoes, and salad available. Guest may also chose refreshing chicken salad and croissants, a variety of fruits, or the zesty (spicy) Cajun dish, jambalaya. Dinner is self-serve. Beverages will be sweet tea and water. Alcoholic refreshments will also be available for our guest. A spirits table will be self- serve in the gazebo.

Why is the reception over at 8 PM

Answer

This venue is retained for ceremony and reception until 8pm to give time for decor removal. Also it is a state owned venue that shuts down at 9pm.

Why is there no photographer

Answer

Christopher and Rachel are asking that their guest use their smart phones to take pictures and send the photos to the website that will be provided at the venue. This way they can print them at their leisure in color, black or white, portrait or get the sizes that they would like. It also offers family members and friends the option to order photos of their choice.

Parking at the venue

There is parking at the main entrance of the venue, there is more parking on the rear side behind the Lions club building. There is ample space for guest.

There are several restrooms available at the venue for guests convenience.

Is the venue wheelchair assessable

Yes, there is a ramp to get into the church and onto the pavilion where the reception will be.

There are multiple hotels off of Smyrna exit 66B. There are also several very nice hotels in Murfreesboro, as well as Airbnb opportunities.
