Chris and Rachael first met their Sophomore year of college up in Fort Collins at Colorado State Univeristy. Originally meeting at the CSU recreation center where they both worked. Chris was dating some at the time and so was Rachael. But, throughout college they'd see each other during work sanctioned events, game nights, parties, and other general get-togethers. They were always friendly with each other, but neither had any idea what fate awaited them. It was around the start of Chris' senior year when he had his breakup and started to spend more time out of the apartment to get out of the slump. Later through the first semester Rachael would have her breakup. Mutually heartbroken, they found themselves hanging out with big groups of friends, then smaller groups of friends, and then just the two of them over the coming months. During that time Chris got that ever-so-scary 'feelings' bug and knew it wouldn't go away. Chris made his feelings known to Rachael, but she wasn't ready to jump in to another relationship. Devastated, but not dettered, Chris still loved her company, spening time together, playing games, watching the Office, and just getting to be in her atmosphere. Whether going to pumpkin patches, watching musicals, going out to eat, playing board games, or walking around Fort Collins, Chris knew there was something special worth sticking around for. It wasn't until a trip to Colorado Springs together to see Rachael's sister, Jacqueline, that the dam finally broke. That trip convinced Rachael that he might just be the one. They made their relationship 'official' on February 24th, 2019 so as of this year, 2025, it is now 6 years of happiness and love before the offical wedding we're on this website looking at! With years of laughter, journeys, adventures, experiences, love, joy, and family-bonding; we are delighted to be able to take the final step with all of our loved ones, like YOU! -C&R
