When should I RSVP by?

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP back by the date we have provided, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us. However, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue and caterer in the timeframe they have given us. Thank you for understanding.

How long is the wedding day?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 2:00 p.m. sharp. Please arrive no later than 1:30 p.m. There will be a cocktail hour following the ceremony and the reception goes until 7:00 p.m. See the schedule tab for detailed information.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We do have a registry here on the Registry tab. We are asking mostly for monetary donations towards our honeymoon, some home projects, and our Ruby. We have so many wonderful household items that we decided to pick just a handful of items we would love to have.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We encourage you to use this evening as a date night! However, if you are planning on bringing kids, please make sure to note that on your RSVP. You will be responsible for their care and needs during the day, as we have not made other arrangements.

I have a food allergy or dietary restrictions, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know by January 10, 2025 if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies. Email us at pamandchris2024@gmail.com and we will share your requests with our caterers.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We do not have transportation arranged for our guests. Placerville is about an hour east of Sacramento. If you plan to drink PLEASE arrange for a designated driver to get where you are going safely.

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire (semi-formal) is requested. Please no jeans, t-shirts, or flip flops.
