Question

Is this a one day, or multi-day event?

Answer

Multi-day! We will have all of Deer Creek Mountain Camp to ourselves Friday-Sunday. We are excited to spend time with our friends, but we also understand if you cannot come for the entire weekend. There is a schedule of events under the tab "Schedule" that you can check out and decide what you are able to attend.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st, 2025, so we can have an accurate headcount.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please check your invite for your +1!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the welcome dinner, retirement ceremony or reception. However, we recognize that some of you will be traveling with your kids, so please know they are welcome to stay at the camp, as long as childcare is arranged for Friday and Saturday evenings. Please reach out if you have questions!

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Welcome to the Colorado Mountains in the Summer, where you can quite literally experience all four seasons in one day! During the day, the weather should be beautiful, averaging 70-80 degrees, but will get chilly at night. Afternoon thunderstorms are also common this time of year. The name of the game here is "layers". Don't second guess yourself, bring the coat.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Please see our Schedule for the dress code.

Question

What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?

Answer

Calling all ladies! Do not wear stiletto heels. I repeat, do not wear stiletto heels. There are a bunch of grassy/dirt areas that you might have to walk in so wear chunky heels or sandals. Can't have any of you ruining nice shoes or breaking any ankles. Make sure to bring a pair of sneakers or athletic sandals for hiking and games as well.

Question

Is there a registry?

Answer

No, we kindly request your presence, not your presents.
