Is there a dress code?

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all of your littles, we are having an adults only wedding with the exception of the Bride's nieces and nephew. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30. Please arrive with enough time to get situated in your seats!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The hotel has its own parking lot with the option to valet your car.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be on site at the Mt Washington Hotel. If you are staying on the resort at an Airbnb/condo there is a shuttle service that runs to and from the hotel.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be hosting a welcome party on Friday, May 16th in the Conservatory Room on the main floor of the hotel. It will begin at 6pm. There will be cocktails, light fare and good company! Please RSVP to this event once formal invites are sent out if you plan on attending.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Aside from the main hotel, the resort has several condo complexes on property (Mount Washington Place, Mount Madison, Fairway Village, etc). We recommend checking out airbnb and similar websites to find deals. If you are booking outside of the main hotel double check that the rental is located within Bretton Woods to ensure you're close to the fun and activities! Is there a room block?

Answer

Yes, we do have a limited number of rooms available that are first come first serve. You can secure these rooms by calling the reservations department at (603) 278-8406 and mentioning the Cargill/Lippi wedding.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

To try and make this process as easy as possible for our guests we will have an “RSVP” section on our website that will open up once formal invites are sent out.
