What should I do if I cannot attend?

Answer

Although our RSVP date is September 16, 2024, we welcome responses (both "yes" and "no") as early as possible so we may plan accordingly!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Plan to arrive at the ceremony no later than 3:45 PM

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a short period of time before the ceremony begins to take a quick photo, but please turn off all phones and cameras as we exchange our vows. Photos are welcome at our plugged-in reception!

Is there a dress code?

Formal attire is requested

Although we love to watch the children laugh and play, this is going to be an adults-only kind of day

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know in the RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions so that we may let our caterer know in advance!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will be ample parking available at the venue and we will have staff directing our guests to parking.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are providing transportation to and from the ceremony for our out-of-town guests staying in the hotel blocks
