We're getting married!

It all began with a chance introduction, orchestrated by fate and a mutual college friend, Charles White, who unknowingly put together the perfect match. I asked Maraya on a New Year's Eve Date on December 31st, 2019 and we have been locked ever since. We played games all night at Dave and Buster's and went to IHOP (LOL), I knew then I would ask her on a second date during our junior year winter break before she went back to Hampton. We had a great time, nothing but laughter and ease. I asked her to be my girlfriend once she came back from her girls trip in Puerto Rico, March 2020. Our connection was effortless, it made sense. Maraya is always laughing and vibrant! 2020 was tough with the pandemic. I was in Cali at an internship while she was back home facetiming me everyday making my phone so hot. We talked day and night about everything from internships, life, and friends. Our relationship took off more than either of us thought it ever would since we attended two different universities. From that day foward, March 1st, 2020, I knew I met more than just a friend. I knew I met my best friend and partner. God was intentional!
