Our favorite places to visit around the city are mostly outdoors (listed below) or neighborhoods on the East side. These neighborhoods have shops, restaurants, food truck food courts, and bars. Some of these are along Mississippi Ave, The Alberta Arts neighborhood, Division St, and Hawthorne Blvd.

Pier Park

A big park with a frisbee golf course, nice walking paths, dog park, and huge trees.

Multnomah Falls

A pretty famous waterfall along the gorge. The falls have their own parking lot and very short trail to hike up closer to the falls.

Pittock Mansion

A historical mansion from 1914 with views of the city and surrounding area. Tours available, access to Forrest Park trails, or just enjoy the view from the grounds.
