We are married for time, and now we’re saying yes to eternity!

Have you ever done something in your life that at the time seemed so simple and ordinary and then it unexpectedly turns into something complicated and wonderful? That is what happened to me. I signed up for institute at SLCC in 2012 because a friend of mine, Jessica, was pestering me to get out of the house. It wasn't supposed to be anything extraordinary. Just institute (which, I now know, is extraordinary!). At the time it was just something to do. I didn't expect to meet anyone really worth remembering. So I go to my first class. It's great! My teacher is great! The lesson was great! Oh, and I also stared at this cute boy for the majority of the class period... Anyway, my first day was great!! Fast forward through the day and this cute boy was in all three of my institute classes!! Woot!! I can stare at him all day!! So, obviously, we started talking. He helped me adopt Finnick, if you'd like that story message me, and we started hanging out outside of institute. On January 12, 2013 he invited me to go with his family to see The Scarlet Pimpernel at The Empress Theatre in Magna. It was an amazing show and an even more amazing evening spent with someone I had been crushing on since school started!! After the show we went back to his house and hung out for a bit. We talked for a good two hours, sitting in his parent's car, and around midnight I told him I needed to head home or my mom would send a search party. He agreed and before I could even process what was about to happen his lips were against mine and my heart was leaping out of my chest! Our first kiss at 12:13 on January 13, 2013 (13 is my lucky number for good reasons). I was extremely glad it was dark because my face was bright red and I probably looked like an idiot because I couldn't stop smiling! He walked me to my car, kissed me again and the rest is history.
