Lisa and Jenny go way back to the early gymnastics days! Great friendship was made there in the gym! Then they became roommates in College and although Jenny is a night owl and Lisa is a morning person, they had the best time as roommates and continue their great friendship to this day, supporting each other's interests and kids events!

Lisa and Robin go back to their days at Cal Stat Fullerton where they were roommates! Robin has always been inspiring and a mentor to Lisa (getting married first, having a daughter first, starting her career first) and has always offered her words of wisdom to help Lisa through big life events. Although Robin lives in the OC, any time they talk it is like they saw each other yesterday and pick up right where they left off!

Chris and Jay have been great friends since 2023 when Jay became the BEST trainer for Chris after he retired from the teams. Jay has always been there for Chris, and respected his wishes of no running and no burpies keeping Chris on track with his workouts once he moved back to San Diego! Although he is no longer Chris's trainer, they remain great friends and support each other in family life as Jay is a new proud father of baby James.

Kenny is a childhood friend of Chris from the glory days of fixing up bikes and creating ruckus in the neighborhood. Although Chris moved to San Diego, they have remained great friends.
