Senator John Heinz History Center
On our wedding weekend, each guest is provided free entry to the Heinz History Center to check out the venue and explore the incredible exhibits.
Posman Books
Laura's happy place! Take some time to explore and find a new book to read for the weekend. Also, there is an ice cream counter if you're looking for a sweet treat.
Point State Park
To get the ultimate Pittsburgh experience, check out Point State Park! It is an iconic location downtown and the point of the city's triangle. You'll get an incredible view of Mount Washington and the North Side. Chris and I have made countless memories here including one of our favorite early dates taking a walk and getting milkshakes.
Cultural District
Our stomping grounds, the Cultural District is our absolute favorite part of the city. Check out the incredible Benedum Center, Heinz Hall, and Greer Cabaret Theater. Shucked, a musical about corn, will be playing during our wedding weekend!
Grandview Overlook
For what many say is the best view of the city, check out Mount Washington at the Grandview Overlook. You can access this by taking the incline from Station Square, just beware, there may be lines.
National Aviary
Sloths, penguins, and flamingos, oh my!! Chris and I have been on countless dates at the Aviary, always checking in on our favorite duck (Loki) in the Wetlands.
