Meet our dear family and friends joining us down the aisle!

Sarah!

Groomswoman

Christopher and I met as early as two people can. He has been my favorite person for my entire life. Though he didn’t want me as a sister when I was brand new, he quickly learned that he was stuck with me. Since that realization, he has been my biggest champion-and I his. I’ve seen him grow into a confident, remarkable person. On this journey we have taken together, there have been bumps and bruises, but I could not be happier that he has found his truest love, Kyle. To see Christopher and Kyle together is to know you are in the presence of true love. I am beyond blessed to welcome Kyle in our family. I truly feel like I am gaining a friend as well as a brother. Christopher and Kyle are two of my favorite people on the planet, and I am honored to be a part of this union.

Vicky!

Groomswoman

I'm Vicky, Chris's childhood buddy. We have been friends for over 30 years, meeting each other in 1st grade. We have been best buds ever since! Though our lives have taken us through many ups, downs, and states we have managed to remain friends! I am so excited for Chris and Kyle and very happy to see them walk down the aisle together!

We met in 2009, cast as strangers who become family in “Angels in America” and life imitated art. We have spent holidays together, been roomies in Philly, vacationed together, and made our friendship an ongoing adventure. I often referred to Chris as my better half and my platonic life partner. We’ve seen each other through losses, heartbreaks, and many times had to pick each other up and dust each other off. Before Chris left Philly, I finally started my relationship with my darling Mitch. Chris went home to NOLA and as luck would have it, his dream of finding the perfect partner came to him in the form of the most handsome, wonderful Kyle. Some say I followed Mitch to NOLA, and some say I followed Chris, but all I know is Chris and I belong together and that’s how it will always be.

Groomsman

I met Chris in 2008 working on a play. We were instant friends. I wanted to impress and befriend him so badly. He was so open and unapologetically himself. Our friendship has been that of mutual love, support, theatre, laughter, jingles, GOT, big hugs, Popeye’s, late night movies, dinner parties and heart to hearts. Chris is a fierce friend. He loves so hard it’s almost violent; but your being hit with delicious Mardi Gras food. (seriously, it’s so good) His personality and energy are contagious. You can’t help but feel more human and inspired when your around him. I’ve never met anyone who can make you feel heard and seen the way he can. The constant host, proudest cook, picture of a southern belle. I’m proud to call him friend, family. and honored to be a part in his union.

After many years being off the stage, I heard there were auditions for "Peter Pan" at The Broadway Theater of Pitman. I didn't tell anyone I was going to audition, I just went. I was asked to play the role of Peter Pan and I was so excited. I never imagined how magical it would be until I found one of my very best friends all the way in Neverland! This show is where I met Chris! I was truly HOOKed!! We had long rehearsals, long talks, sword fights and grew an amazing bond that has grown very deep since leaving the island. He will be in my life forever and now Kyle will too! I'm so excited for the next chapter. Chris has been an amazing friend, mentor, and role model and I'm very grateful to have him in my life.

Kyle and I first crossed paths when he was a senior in high school as the lead role in "Seussical", and I was an 8-year old cast member in total awe of his performance. Eleven years later, I am proud to say that Kyle has assumed many roles in my life: a friend, a big brother, a teacher, a director, a fellow cast member, a stylist, a personal confidante, and, most importantly, a role model that has inspired me in more ways than one can imagine. I am thrilled for Kyle and Christopher, can’t wait to be a part of their wedding, and see how they create a forever family. Out of the fifteen shows and numerous performances we have worked on together, this one will for sure be my favorite.

When did I meet Kyle???.... The first time I met Kyle was the day I came into this world. We’ve been through a crazy life together and it has made us grow closer together. My favorite memory I have is when Kyle use to come home from California at 3 in the morning, because he only flys at night, and we would always stop on the way home to get Krispy Kreme and stay up way too late catching up. I’m so proud of Kyle and proud to be his sister and I can’t wait for Chris to be a part of this crazy family. Wishing y’all all the happiness in the world!

Austin!

Groomsman

I met Kyle while we were in college. It was my second semester and I was lucky enough to get a dorm room all to myself that had gone unnoticed. Well the secret didn’t last long and Kyle had requested to move into dorm 303 which I did NOT want to happen. After Kyle moved in we really hit it off and the rest is history. From our late night horror film binges, to Songbook rehearsals, and most importantly our mutual love for Liza Minnelli, this was a friendship that was completely unexpected and random, but I am forever grateful to have had such a wonderful friend in my life. I’m thrilled and beyond excited to celebrate this next chapter in his life!

Kyle and I met almost 15 years ago in a production of Peter Pan as Smee and Hook, we immediately clicked. We were at each other’s homes singing musical theatre classics from Judy Garland to Barbra Streisand while writing/staging shows. We are both old souls born in the wrong generation and drawn together by an unbreakable bond. We spent our weekends composing original shows, and trying to see what school or church We could use. We may not have ever gotten to fully follow through with those plans, but that drive motivated us to grow into the artists we are today. We may let months, even years pass us by without touching base, but the second we reconnect, we are 14 again behind a keyboard and dreaming of the magic we can make together. Kyle is a friend, a brother and my true kindred spirit.
