What are your plans in regards to Covid 19??

Answer

5/15/20 will always be special to us. We are currently hoping we can use our postponement date of 7/3/20, but we are closely monitoring the situation, and if need be, we will postpone again (insert very sad face emoji) to ensure we are all as safe as possible. We hope to be able to celebrate on 7/3, but we will keep this website up to date with any change in plans! We appreciate your understanding and flexibility and know that when we finally do get to celebrate with you all, it will be that much sweeter!! <3

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by June 5, 2020!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 5pm, so we can get started promptly at 5:15pm! Please allow some extra time in the beginning to have a pre-ceremony drink and walk to the apple orchard. We will have golf carts for those needing assistance getting to the ceremony site!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please leave a comment under the reception section and also text Kirstin so we can see what we can do! We will try to accommodate everything we can!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will be having a shuttle to and from the venue to the Homewood Suites for your convenience! Please feel free to use this and let us know if you will be so we can get an approximate number using it! No uber needed!!

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot located on the entrance to the John James Audubon Center and there will be a shuttle from the hotel site to the site!

Are kids welcome?

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will be having an after party at Chickie's and Pete's located right next to the hotel! Get comfortable and enjoy Chris' favorite--chicken tenders!

When should I make sure my hotel reservation is booked by?
