I GOT MY INVITE, NOW WHAT?

We can't wait to celebrate with you! First things first, we highly recommend that you go ahead and review the details published to this site and reach out with any preliminary questions. If you are ahead of the curve and already know you will or will not attend, please feel free to RSVP.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The deadline to RSVP for the event is February 21, 2025!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m. but we encourage all guests to arrive by 4:00 p.m. to enjoy the Magnolia String Quartet. There will be a cocktail hour from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., complete with a champagne cart, music entertainment and hors d'oeuvres.

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING A PLUS ONE OR MY KIDS?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we must insist that our guests refrain from bringing attendees unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding! To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We will have a Black Tie "Garden Party" dress code for the wedding. For all the details, head to the "What to Wear" section of the website.

IS THERE PARKING FOR THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception are both taking place at Oxbow Estate and there will be parking available on site with attendants to direct you.

Are all wedding day events at the same location?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception will take place at Oxbow Estate. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors as well as the cocktail hour! Guests are encourage to enjoy the inside of the house during cocktail hour as well. The reception will take place in a tent on the lawn of the property. NC in March can range from 40 and overcast to 75 and sunny so please check the weather closer to the event and pack accordingly!
