We met when we were both working at Okeechobee Correctional Institution. I was not looking for anything at the time and he says that I was way out of his league, but we clicked with each other better than anyone before. We went to Halloween Horror Nights together with a group of friends as our first official outing and the rest is history!

We planned a trip to Asheville, NC as our Christmas gifts to one another. We woke up the morning of the 14th and planned on driving to Gatlinburg, TN! We stopped at a state park along the way in Cherokee, NC to walk some trails and take in all the scenery. We walked along a stream and came across an opening where you could walk on the rocks into the middle of the stream. He told me he wanted to take some pictures and get some video of the water. Once I had everything set up I turned around and he was down on one knee. After multiple happy dances I said "yes" to the most amazing man in the world! We cannot wait to celebrate our love with each and every one of you!
