We want you to have the freedom to choose where you stay, so we will not be doing any hotel room blocks. However, we do recommend staying near the downtown Austin area (between Riverside Dr and 12th St) to avoid traffic and ensure that you make the downtown shuttle.

Shuttle

Shuttles from Downtown Austin and The Domain to Villa Antonia

November 23, 2025 2:30 pm - 2:45 pm

There will be shuttles to transport guests to Villa Antonia (~45 minute commute), so please arrive no later than 2:30. There is very limited parking at the venue and the roads are very winding/confusing, so we highly recommend using the shuttles! The Domain shuttle will primarily be for local residents that live in North Austin.

Downtown: JW Marriott - 110 E 2nd St, Austin TX 78701 | Domain: Shake Shack/Macy's parking lot - 11228 Domain Dr, Austin, TX 78759 | First return buses will leave Villa Antonia at 8:00pm. Second (last) wave will leave at the reception conclusion (~10:00pm).
