Question

When should I RSVP by and how do I RSVP?

Answer

RSVP by May 3, 2019. RSVP via the card and envelope provided in with the invitation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no earlier than 3:30pm, 30 minutes before the ceremony. The ceremony begins at 4:00pm so arriving a few minutes early should be enough time to get seated!

Is there a dress code for the Wedding?

Answer

Yes. Semi-Formal Attire: tuxes and gowns or suits and cocktail dresses are great too!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

The venue can accommodate the number of guests listed on your RSVP card.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We would love to have the kids at the ceremony! The cocktail hour, dinner and reception are reserved for adults only. *For our out-of-town guests, we realize not having children at the events after the ceremony could be difficult to coordinate. We don't want this to make it so our guests cannot attend. We have made accommodations for dinner and activities for the children along with a chaperon. This will be just down the hall from where you are dancing the night away. This way we all get to relax and enjoy ourselves and this incredible evening!

I have dietary restrictions, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be a set dinner menu. We want everyone to be able to enjoy so if there is any dietary restrictions please note that on the back of your RSVP card. If there is any questions please call Kara 208-520-0181

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. There will be a shuttle going from the Wedding Venue to The Riverside Hotel. Please see the Travel section of the website for more details about the shuttle. Pickup locations are: Main entry of The Riverside Hotel Main entry of the Chateau des Fleurs

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free parking at the venue, including handicap accessible parking. Cars can be left overnight and picked up Sunday morning.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception will be held at Chateau des Fleurs in Eagle, Idaho.

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

Most definitely! We will have passed appetizers, punch, beer and wine, as well as a 3-course meal with wedding cake, and desserts!

What time will the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end at 10:00pm.

What's the Boise weather like in June?

Answer

Prepare for anything!! As they say, if you don't like the weather, give it 5 minutes :) Nights will be cooler but daytime can be quite warm as well. Average weather would be low 80's during the day and low 50's during the night.

What if I RSVP's "attending" but can't end up making it?
