Like so many 30 something year olds, this love story started online. On a dating app to be precise! Kara was scrolling away in that desert wasteland called Hinge and came across the blue eyed beauty named, Chris. She was immediately smitten but after too many bland 1st dates she closed the app and went about her day, it was Christmas Eve after all and she was busy! And yet she kept reopening the app and looking at his profile throughout the day and eventually decided to "swipe right" and send him a message. Chris had little else to do that Christmas Eve day than doom scroll the app himself and when he came across the vivacious profile of the blonde bombshell herself, he knew something had to be special about her and he made the decision to also "swipe right" and wouldn't you know it, he had a message from her waiting in his inbox! After weeks of texting, phone chats, and positive Covid tests, it was time to meet IRL (Covid free). On that cold January day at the Gate City brewery the lovely couple met in person for the first time and the rest, they say, is history. A trip to Germany, family vacations, friend's weddings, moving into a house together and adopting a cat are just a few of the experiences they've already shared together and now comes the much anticipated wedding day!
