Will there be children at the wedding?

Is the venue Handicap friendly?

Answer

There is absolutely no stairs, however, there is a small step up to the side walk to the front doors. There is handicap parking right in front of the entrance.

Question

If I cannot make it by the time listed as the start of the ceremony, is it ok to just quietly slip in?

Answer

No. Please make contact with someone in the wedding party or a mutual friend who is in attendance and can let you know when the ceremony is finished. We will be taking our vows very close to where the entrance is and do not want any distractions during this particular time. Someone will let you know as soon as the ceremony ends and you can come in. We really want all our closest friends and family with us to celebrate our special day, even if you can only make it for the Reception.

Do I need to wear formal attire?

Answer

We have it listed as business casual. We just ask for people to dress nice but comfortable. There will be cameras snapping pics everywhere and all evening.

If i need to contact someone the day of the wedding with a question or concern who do i call or message?

Answer

For day of questions please contact Christopher. He will have his phone on him. The bride will not have her phone on her at all times. In case of emergency, and you cannot reach the groom, Fb messenger can be used to contact Kristina Allen-Elder or Samantha Satterley to pass along a message to the bride.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

yes
