Jenna and Chris’s love story began during their freshman year at the University of South Dakota, on a dance floor at a bar, surrounded by friends and college chaos. I still remember Jenna telling me about a blonde Delta Tau Delta fraternity member she had met that night. She was a little hesitant at first, but once she decided to give Chris a chance, everything seemed to fall into place. From the very beginning, it was obvious they were meant for each other. Jenna and Chris fit together like perfect puzzle pieces, complementing one another in every way. What one lacks, the other makes up for, creating a balance that just works. Some of their favorite early dates were the simple ones, like driving to Yankton to get sushi, proving that being together made even the smallest moments some of the best. They officially started dating on February 12, 2021. Throughout college, it was so fun to watch their relationship grow. They are both incredibly funny, always laughing, and truly enjoy being together no matter what they’re doing. It was clear early on that they would always show up for each other and go out of their way to make one another’s lives better. After graduating from the University of South Dakota together, Jenna and Chris started their next chapter in Sioux Falls, where they now live together. On June 17, 2025, Chris proposed during a sunset boat ride in Hawaii, an unforgettable moment that perfectly matched their love story.
