What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue by 4:30pm to ensure that you're seated in time for the ceremony, which begins at 5:00pm. We CANNOT accommodate late arrivals and anyone arriving late will be asked to stay in the cocktail hour area until the ceremony ends.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Semi-Formal, with cocktail dresses and suits. Please plan to dress for the occasion. We ask that there are no sneakers, jeans or any casual clothing.

Will I need cash for the bar?

Answer

Yes, but only for tipping the bartenders. Our wedding will have an open bar.

What time does the wedding end?

Answer

The wedding will begin with a ceremony at 5pm, followed by a reception that will end at 10pm.

Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

We’re pleased to share that a hotel room block has officially been created for our wedding at the Hotel at Arundel Preserve. For those who would like to stay overnight closer to the venue, rooms are now available to book. You may reserve your room by clicking the link below or by calling the hotel’s reservations department at 1-786-977-6168 and referencing the Debeuneure & Johnson Wedding Room Block. Please be sure to book your stay by April 1, 2026. Book Your Stay Online We recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure availability within the room block. Rooms are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Special note: Please be advised that the wedding venue is located on the water in Pasadena and is somewhat off the beaten path. The nearest hotel accommodations are approximately 25 minutes away. Guests who plan to enjoy the open bar are encouraged to consider reserving a hotel room, particularly if they live a significant distance from the venue.

Answer

Each invitation has been thoughtfully created; we cannot accommodate any additional guests other than those mentioned on your personal invitation.

Please let us know immediately if your plans change and you are no longer able to attend after submitting your RSVP.

Can Children Attend If They Are Lap Kids

Answer

Although we love the littles, this event will only accommodate children who are participating in the wedding. We would love to see your littles on another occasion.

Can I Change the Plus One That's Been Attached to My Name

Answer

Unfortunately, if the plus one listed with your name is unavailable to attend, we need to be notified as soon as possible and the plus one can not be replaced with an alternate. We would like to keep our ceremony intimate and inclusive of those we want to share our special day with.

Are there Specific Colors for Guests Attire

Answer

No, feel free to dress in your favorite color as long as it follows traditional wedding guidelines, meaning "stay away from white".

Can i change my menu option after sending in my RSVP.

Answer

We cant guarantee that we can alter menu option requests after you submit. We will try our best to accommodate and will let you know if its possible or not.

Yes, the ceremony will be outside along with the cocktail hour. Please dress appropriately for the weather. The reception will be inside.
