When is the RSVP date?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP as soon as possible but no later than 8 weeks before the event date, which is August 30th 2025! If you do not RSVP, or RSVP too late, we might not be able to accommodate you.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal to Black Tie! Tuxes and gowns are welcome as well as nicer shirts with dress pants and cocktail dresses. Our color palette is jewel tones, though you're not required to wear those colors. No jeans please.

What time should the guests arrive?

Answer

We prefer guests to arrive around 3:30 pm. Guests who arrive after the ceremony has begun at 4 pm will have to wait outside until the ceremony is over so that they do not interrupt.

Are children allowed?

Answer

The answer is yes and no. We would prefer to only have children over 10 years old at the wedding due to this being a more formal event. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

Unfortunately we have limited space at our venue and want be able to invite all our closest family and friends! This means plus ones are by invitation only and we ask other guests not to bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!

Where is the ceremony and reception being held at?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held in the same main building at Willamette Valley Country Club. The parking lot is right out front of the building so there won't be any long walks to get to the venue!

Does the gift have to be from the registry?

Answer

Gifts are not required, but greatly appreciated! So if you wanted to get us something from the registry, contribute to our honeymoon fund, or wanted to surprise us in your own way, you are more than welcome!
