What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please plan on arriving to the venue between 4:00pm and 4:15pm.

Is there shuttle service across Sunriver Resort?

Answer

Yes, if you'd like to take advantage of Sunriver Resort’s resort-wide shuttle, download the shuttle app to request a ride at any time. Type “Sunriver Resort Shuttle” into the App Store to download the app. You can also call to schedule shuttle pickup at 541-593-1000. Sunriver Resort’s shuttle service is complimentary to guests who are staying at one of the resort’s accommodations. Shuttle service is also available to non-resort guests for a fee.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. Fall colors (such as rust orange, wine red, forest green, all shades of brown, etc.) are highly recommended, but not required.

Can I bring a guest?

Please only bring a guest if specified on your invitation envelope/RSVP page. Thank you in advance!

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we would love for all of the little ones to be there, we have only been able to extend invites to immediate family members with children. We hope you can understand.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

By booking through Sunriver Resort, you have access to the 24-hour shuttle that runs through Sunriver proper (including the Great Hall and Mt Bachelor Lawn, where our ceremony and reception will be taking place).

What should I do if I have a dietary restriction and/or food allergy?

Answer

If you have a dietary restriction and/or food allergy, please notify the bride or groom ASAP so an accommodation can be made. Thank you!
