After careful consideration, we decided to move the wedding to Los Cabos to ensure a smooth planning process, venue certainty, and the best possible experience for our guests. Our **official room block at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos is now live**, and we kindly ask all guests planning to attend to **book their room as soon as possible**. **Important booking deadline:** ➡ **All reservations must be made no later than February 28, 2026.** This is a **hard deadline** set by the resort. Unfortunately, we will **not be able to accept or add reservations after this date**, and discounted group rates cannot be guaranteed once the room block closes. Booking within the room block ensures: * Access to our negotiated group rates * Staying at the wedding resort with easy access to all events * Proper coordination of guest accommodations tied to our wedding Booking instructions and the reservation link are provided on the Travel page. If you plan to attend, we strongly encourage you to reserve your room as soon as possible to secure availability. Our wedding will be a black-tie optional event. so we kindly ask guests to dress in formal attire. Guests have the option of wearing a tuxedo or a suit for formal evening events, with women having the option to wear a floor-length gown or a fancy cocktail dress.

Our resort requires all guests to confirm and make their first payment by DECEMBER 15TH 2025 to hold their rooms within our group block. If you don’t RSVP by then, we can’t guarantee the special group rate or that a room will still be available. Think of this date as the “save your spot” deadline!
