Parking
2:45 pm - 3:45 pm
Please note that guest parking will be located off site. We kindly ask that you allow ample time for travel and parking, as shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the venue. Shuttles will run continuously before and after the ceremony to ensure a smooth arrival and departure for all guests. Hotel shuttle transportation will only be leaving at 2:30 PM from the hotel and departing at 10 PM from the ceremony. Open bar begins at 3 PM.
Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
This will be a Formal Celebration. We kindly ask guests to wear formal evening wear - Suits and ties for the gentlemen and gowns or cocktails dresses for the ladies.
While we love your little ones, our celebration will be adults-only. Thank you for understanding!
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Following the ceremony, please join us for a cocktail hour featuring an open bar and a selection of hors d'oeuvres.
Dinner
5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
A seated dinner will follow the cocktail hour, featuring a curated selection of barbecue cuisine thoughtfully prepared for our guests to enjoy.
Dancing
7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Join us for an evening of dancing and celebration under the stars on the lake. An open bar will be available for your enjoyment beginning at 3 pm.
Fireworks
9:30 pm
Conclude the evening with us as we celebrate the newlyweds' grand send off with a spectacular fireworks display!
