This is where the whole weekends events will take place! Please book by July 1st, 2026 in order to secure the block! We have extended the room block rate from 8/23/26-9/2/26. If you are interested in booking a suite, please reach out to Brittany at 843-315-7193 and she can arrange that for you. The suites are $309 a night plus resort fees and taxes. Please let Emily and Chris know if you are experiencing any trouble booking. If the website is giving you an issue and stating that the room block rate is sold out, please reach out to us and we can add more rooms. Guests Staying Off Site

Guests who are not staying at the Double Tree can purchase a 3 day pass to use the Double Tree's Amenities. The pass costs $79 per adult and $39 per child. This pass can be purchased in advance or the day of at Resortpass.com. In addition to the amenity passes, self parking costs $17 per day per car for non-hotel guests. The parking pass allows for one car to enter and exit the lot multiple times within one day. If you are planning to come to the hotel for only the Meet and Greet on 8/28/26 from 6-10pm and the Wedding on 8/29/26 from 5pm-12am, parking is free.
