Is there a dress code?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to dress in cocktail attire. Think suits or sport coats with dress shirts (ties optional) for men, and full or tea-length dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or elegant separates for women. As the celebration will be outdoors, we recommend considering shoes suitable for grass or uneven ground.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 3:45 in order to find a seat for the ceremony. The ceremony will begin at 4:00.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is limited parking at our venue. Guests are encouraged to carpool and utilize shuttles provided from Hotel VT/Courtyard Burlington (BURLINGTON) and Courtyard by Marriott Middlebury (MIDDLEBURY) Please note the Hotel VT and Courtyard by Marriott Burlington are adjacent properties.

Are kids welcome?

While we wish we could celebrate with everyone, we kindly ask that only the children specifically named on your invitation join us in celebrating.

What is the cell phone policy?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to turn off and put away cell phones during the wedding ceremony. Guests are welcome to use phones and take photos after this point.
