Travel Note

Where to stay

We recommend staying near Piazza Vittorio Veneto, Quadrilatero or the Gran Madre church. This scenic riverside area is full of cafes, within walking distance to main sights. If you already know Torino and want to explore the soul of Piedmont, go south to the Langhe. This UNESCO site is the land of Barolo and Barbaresco wines, white truffles, and rolling vineyards. We recommend Alba, La Morra, and Barolo.
