What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony starts promptly at 5:30 pm. Arrive at least 20-30 min prior.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We included the information for the hotel we are getting married at as well as the neighboring winery. You can find these recommendations on the Travel tab.

Where do I park? Is there a shuttle to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

If you are just driving in for the day, you will park in the event parking lot which is directly to the right of the entrance to the winery. There will be signage that says “shuttle to rose arbor”. They will shuttle you from the parking lot to ceremony and then from ceremony to reception site. If you are staying in the hotel on site, the shuttle will periodically check in with the front desk and pick up anyone in the lobby and take them over to the ceremony site. If you are staying in the villas on site, you can simply walk over to the ceremony location since it is located among the villas.
