Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! There will be transportation to and from the venue. Pickup and drop off will be at the two hotels where we have allocated room blocks.

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only event. We hope that this advance notice will allow you a much-deserved night off to celebrate with us!

Can I bring a date?

We are at capacity with our venue, which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We appreciate your understanding.

When should I reserve my hotel if I'm coming from out of town?

Answer

ASAP; the rooms will be released 60 days prior to our wedding day. Please note it is a two-night minimum.

What if I missed the room block reservation deadline?

Answer

There are plenty of hotels nearby! Two of our recommendations are 1) Courtyard by Marriott (70 Pittsfield Rd, Lenox, MA 01240) and 2) Hilton Garden Inn (1032 South St, Pittsfield, MA 01201) **Please note that transportation will only be provided from the Hampton and Yankee hotels.
