What should I do Friday night?

We recommend ICON Park! While we'll be at our rehearsal dinner, we highly recommend exploring this vibrant destination. With diverse dining options, exciting activities, and welcoming bars perfect for group gatherings, ICON Park offers something for everyone. It's conveniently located near our event, making it an ideal spot to enjoy the night.

You will be missed! Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can allow some of our guests to bring plus ones.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Unfortunately due to limited venue space we are not able to invite anyone that isn't already on your invitation. Thank you for understanding and helping us stay within our venue’s limits.

We love your kiddos, but this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy the night off!

Are you registered anywhere?

We are accepting contributions towards our honeymoon fund. Feel free to ask about our plans, we’re very excited!

How should I get there?

Answer

MCO airport is about 35 minutes from the venue. There is ample parking available immediately next to the venue. That being said, there will be an open bar, so please please uber or have a designated driver if you are planning on drinking. Being near the theme parks, there will be no shortage of rides available.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

November in Orlando is usually gorgeous. Average highs are in the mid-70s, with lows in the upper 50s to low 60s. Humidity is lower than summer, and rain is less likely, but it never hurts to check the forecast before you pack! The ceremony and reception will be held indoors, so feel free to go all out with your outfit. No need to worry about the elements messing with your look!

What if it rains?

No worries there! We knew what we were dealing with getting married in Florida, so the ceremony and reception are entirely indoors and in the same building.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before 5PM. We don’t want you to miss a thing!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re going unplugged during the ceremony so everyone can be present in the moment. We have hired an incredible photographer and videographer so don’t worry, there will be plenty of pictures. Afterwards, feel free to snap away! We can’t wait to see your photos.

Will food be served?

Yes! We’ll start with appetizers and then have a full buffet dinner, along with cocktails, wine, and beer (and maybe a signature drink or two 👀).

Will there be an after party?

If you want to keep the party going, everyone is welcome to join us right downstairs in the main restaurant/brewery immediately after the reception ends!

If not at the host hotel, I recommend Ubers they are easy to get around the area. Disney is near by. A white 15 seat mini-shuttle bus will run between: SpringHill Suites – Flamingo Crossings 13279 Hartzog Rd, Winter Garden, FL 34787 and New York Beer Project 9230 Miley Dr, Winter Garden, FL 34787 Pickup & Drop-off Schedule: • 4:15 PM – Pickup at SpringHill Suites (Wedding Party/Photos) • 4:30 PM – Arrive at New York Beer Project • 4:45 PM – Pickup at SpringHill Suites • 5:00 PM – Arrive at New York Beer Project • If you are late!
