Cassidy and Christopher met in 2017 at a New Year’s Eve gathering, not realizing this party would be the catalyst to forever for the two of them. The two had an instant attraction that was so undeniable that even distance couldn’t keep them apart. At the start of their relationship, Cassidy was going to college and living in Colorado and Christopher resided in North Dakota. The two of them always made the time to travel and see each other during this time. The two officially started dating February 17th of 2018 in the mountains of Colorado. After a while of dating, Cassidy made the decision to move back to North Dakota to follow her heart and be with the person she loved. Fast forward the next five years, Cassidy and Christopher have taken on the adventure of life together by moving to new states, traveling, and making many memories with their fur babies Cody, Dexter, and Gilly.

January 7th, 2023, was a day full of beauty, love and laughter. Christopher had Cassidy dress to the nines to start a day the two would never forget. To begin the day in Seattle, the two went to a botanical garden at the Volunteer Park Conservatory. The plants and flowers set the tone for the beautiful day ahead. Cassidy and Christopher are huge foodies, so they continued their day to a delicious hot pot restaurant. So far, this appears to be a normal weekend day for the two until they pull over to a scenic lookout on their way home. Cassidy knew something exciting was occurring, but she was never 100% sure on what was happening. The two took a short walk to see the beautiful view when Christopher got down on one knee and asked, “Will you marry me?” Of course, Cassidy happily yelled “YES!” The two finished their evening celebrating at one of their favorite local restaurants and telling all of their loved ones their exciting news.
