Best friend and MOH, Ashley Harper is the coolest girl in school. She is a middle school English teacher who loves Jesus, pranks, and being the best at anything she does. We met in college and made so many memories over the years through Navigators trips and being roommates. Even though we now live far apart, she still pushes me towards Christ and towards loving others well. I am thankful for her genuine heart and adventurous spirit.

The best man, the bee's knees, and truly one of the greatest men I know, Austin is my redemption community group leader and has been since I moved to Flagstaff. A friend to all, I'm thankful for all the times we get to laugh together and all the deep conversations we get to have. This guy knows how to shred on a mountain bike and makes the best margarita. We also share a lot of hobbies and music tastes. Austin is a husband to Carly, the father to Raelynn, and works as a counselor in town. I've always admired how diligently he follows after Christ!

Codi is my oldest sister, and has always been one of my biggest cheerleaders. She is currently a preschool teacher in Minnesota, and she does such a good job at loving on her kiddos. She is also the best dancer I know, so watch out for her on that dance floor! I am always encouraged by her fun and spontaneous spirit, constantly laughing when she's around. I am thankful for the ways she has encouraged me and cheered me on. She's the best *oldest* sister a girl could have.

My third oldest brother and childhood bunkmate, Jono, has his masters from Columbia University is a social worker for the city of New York! Jono lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife Katy and their fur child, Kendrick. He's full of adventure, open to conversation, and also one of the funniest people I know. I appreciate all the times I get to spend with him as he now lives across the country!

Sophia is my sweet, sweet little sister. She recently graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a double degree in philosophy and theology and will be working as an ARD in a dorm there this fall. Sophia and I shared a room growing up, so she knows all my deep dark secrets. I am blessed to still be able to call her one of my sweetest friends. She constantly makes me laugh, and I marvel at her AMAZING musical abilities. I am thankful for the ways she challenges me, and makes me laugh harder than most people I know.

My oldest brother and an aeronautical engineer for Boeing, Jeremy, works on things I'm not allowed to talk about! He lives in Mesa, AZ with his wife Shea and two children, Ezekiel and Ellis. A master gamer himself, we have played many a game together over the years. He spends a lot of his extra time working on DIY projects with Shea. I'm thankful for the quality time I get with Jeremy! The largest age gap between the brothers doesn't stop us!

Sam is my second oldest sister. She is married to Brent, and they live in DC, where she is vice president for a nonprofit organization called No Labels. Sam is my middle sibling buddy, constantly making me laugh (notice a trend? all my sisters are way funnier than I am) and encouraging me to do hard things. While she often pushes me to work hard and do things out of my comfort zone, Sam also encourages me to rest when I need to. I am thankful for her level headedness when I am overwhelmed, and, of course, her joyful spirit.

My second oldest brother and a police officer for the city of Phoenix. He may be the shortest of all the brothers, but he also has all of the muscles. Jordan lives in Surprise, AZ with his wife Savanah and their two children, Carson and Hadley. I've always admired his heart for family and his willingness to have a good time. We share a lot in common, from bike riding and other outdoor sports. Thankful for what he does to keep Phoenix safe!

Roommate, friend, adventure buddy. Steph and I have lived together for the past 3 years. She works on staff with the Navigators and is soon moving to Hawaii to influence college students for Jesus. She is a baker extraordinaire, and I have benefited from her talents many times over the past few years. Steph helps my introverted, structured self to be spontaneous and adventurous, even when I don't feel like it. I am thankful for her listening ear, and the many nights where she has listened to me rant/cry/laugh, far past her bed time.

A roommate from college and a basketball superpower, Erik is a data analyst for Carvana in Phoenix. Husband to Katie and father to newborn Stevie, Erik is the coolest guy in Glendale, AZ. He's one of the most sincere and down to earth people I know. I've always appreciated his heart for Jesus and his willingness for conversation. We've had many fun times living together, and I'm glad we still keep in touch!

I met Caroline my freshman year of college, when she was a junior leading the NAVS Bible study in my dorm. She is currently in school at Biola University to get her masters in divinity. Caroline spent some of her time in college mentoring me, showing me things about Jesus and myself that ultimately grew my faith in the Lord. She has never failed to meet me with grace AND truth, causing me to think more deeply about my life and about those around me. I am thankful for her gentle, curious spirit, who always seeks to make others feel loved and cared for.
Theo Trotman

A Barbados native and master grad from ASU, Theo was one my first friends in Flagstaff and now works as a data analyst in the Phoenix Area. He and his wife Mackenzie live in Mesa, AZ and are expecting baby number one in the upcoming weeks (at the time of writing this post)! His singing voice is as smooth as butter, and he competed on TCU's swimming and diving team. He is witty, kind, and intentional, and I'm glad we've still stayed in touch!

Roommate and friend, Jess and I have also lived together for the past 3 years. She is currently on staff with the Navigators, starting at UC San Diego in the Fall. Jess and I have known each other since freshman year of college, and I was so excited to have her with me when I moved to Flagstaff for grad school. Jess has spent many days and nights listening to my sorrows and joys, and she has been one of the biggest pictures of Jesus' grace in my life, pressing in when things get hard. I am thankful for her steadfast faith in the Lord, ever encouraging me to press more into him.

Third generation Flagstaffian, Jordy, is one of the most willing and hospitable people I know and one of my first friends in Flagstaff! Easily one of the most knowledgeable people I know, I've always appreciated fascinating conversations and life advice over lunch. In his free time, you'll probably find Jordy playing a cool board game, running a civil war reenactment, or on a road trip with his family. He is a Computer programmer in town, the husband to Courtney, and the father to Elliot and Molly.
