What's going on with COVID?

Answer

Like most places, restrictions have been eased in Pennsylvania, and at Stroudsmoor in particular. There are no masks or social distancing required. However, all staff will still be wearing masks, additional health and safety measures are in place at the venue, and Lawnhaven has generous outdoor space for mingling and even dancing!

What can I do between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

If you are staying at Stroudsmoor, you can go there to check in any time after 3:00 pm. After that you can stay in your room and relax, head to the Main Inn building to get a drink or a snack at the bar, or head into Stroudsburg to spend some time at a local watering hole! If you are staying at the Hampton Inn, the same goes for you! Check in to your room, relax, get a drink or a snack at the hotel, or head into town for a little pre-cocktail hour fun! If you live close enough that you'll be heading home after the reception, feel free to accompany one of the other guests to their hotel room, or just head into town for a drink before cocktail hour! From the Hampton Inn, shuttle service will be provided (see the "Lodging and Travel" tab). For recommendations on where to hang out in town, please see the "Things to Do" tab! NOTE: For all guests, no matter where you are staying, please do not arrive at the cocktail hour space (the Lawnhaven Pavilion at Stroudsmoor) until 5:00 pm.
