We both grew up in Charlotte, NC (in the same county) most of our lives but didn't meet until we went away to college over two hours away! Fall of 2018, we both started school at Appalachian State University! We both started to attend the same Church and the same two campus ministries. Both of our roommates (our Matron of Honor and Best Man) joined us and we soon noticed that we were the only four people who were in all three groups. We started to get to know each other and become friends. We didn't know it at the time, but we both began liking each other and seeking the LORD as to whether or not we should pursue dating. Neither one of us knew that we both felt the same way. We continued to get to know each other and we both felt such peace that we were supposed to date. We went on our first date and the next month became boyfriend and girlfriend! We continued to date and fall in love over the next (nearly) year and a half and on April 3, 2020, Chris got down on one knee and proposed. It was the easiest YES and we are so excited to become husband and wife!! We are so excited to share our journey with you guys, our beloved family and friends! A little bit more about us both is we love JESUS! We also love baking, hiking, being with friends and family, playing board games, eating ice cream and working out (mostly Chris) together!:) Glory be to God!
