Friday, August 1, 2025

Palace Garden Ceremony

5:15 pm - 6:15 pm

Hilton Waikoloa Village - Palace Garden

69-425 Waikoloa Beach Dr, Waikoloa, HI 96738

This will be an open outdoor ceremony right by the cove. However, it can still get warm. Please keep in mind to wear breathable and comfortable clothing and shoes. The attire can be a semi-formal.

There will also be a chilled water station at the ceremony, to keep all guests hydrated. We look forward to seeing you there!

Cocktail Hour and Chinese Tea Ceremony

6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Hilton Waikoloa Village - Grand Staircase

69-425 Waikōloa Beach Drive, Waikoloa Village, HI 96738

The attire can be the same as the ceremony.

There will be a few light bites and cocktails, prior to dinner. Looking forward to seeing you there!

Grand Staircase Reception

6:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Please dress comfortably for the reception. This event will be hosted right after the tea ceremony. Fortunately, the temperature will cool down as the night goes on.

The dinner reception will be a buffet style, with plenty of food and drink options for guests to choose from. Looking forward to hanging out and dancing the night away with all the most important people in our lives!
