On August 17, 2025, at Makena Landing in Maui, Christopher asked me the easiest question of my life. 💍 We were standing on the beach, just the two of us (and a photographer I hadn’t spotted yet), surrounded by the beauty of the ocean. Out of nowhere, he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was simple, heartfelt, and absolutely perfect. I said YES to forever with my best friend, the love of my life. ❤️

We first crossed paths back in 2019 at Luke’s Carpet, where I worked at the time. I remember spotting Christopher and instantly feeling a spark. There was an undeniable connection between us—something about the way he carried himself and the ease of our conversations felt so natural. At the time, though, life had us on different paths. We were both in other relationships, so our friendship remained just that: a friendship. Still, I couldn’t shake the feeling that there was something more meant for us down the road. Fast forward to 2024—life shifted, and for the first time, we were both single. That’s when everything changed. The connection we had years earlier was still there, stronger than ever, and it quickly became clear that what we shared was something rare and beautiful. Looking back now, I know that timing was everything. We had to meet when we did so that when the moment was finally right, we could recognize just how special our love truly is. ❤️
