I lost a bet
Ummm
While we definitely think there is plenty to do with kids in Vegas, our wedding will not be one of them. Lots of factors went into this decision and so we decided it would be best to be kid free. Any one 18 and up is free to be your plus one. Just know that for anyone under 21, they will have to wear a wrist band to help the bartenders out.
Our wedding is formal with black tie optional.
Our ceremony and reception will be taking place on the third floor. There will be signs letting you know where to go. There are stairs and an elevator available. The individuals working will also point you in the right directions and someone will be working our event to make sure everyone knows where to go and no one who isn't supposed to be there gets in.
The reception will be a buffet, so please let one of us know as soon as possible if you have a food allergy or dietary restriction. We will do our best to accommodate you within the venues abilities or let you know.
The bar is open! Feel free to bring cash to tip our wonderful bartenders but the drinks are on us! With this, please drink responsibly. Anyone causing a scene will be asked to leave/escorted out. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't have fun or let loose! Just please be respectful of the venue and the lovely individuals working our wedding.
Well Vegas is of course known for gaming and their casino's, however, there is a ton of other stuff to do! Great live shows, The Sphere, an arcade and roller coaster, lots of great restaurants, plenty of stores for shopping, amazing pools, and lots more! There is even more, especially if you don't mind venturing off the strip😉
-Vegas is the desert, so remember to drink plenty of water. Even in September it's gonna be toasty. -We try to buy water (and anything else we need) from one of the stores on the strip. There is a CVS, Target, and an ABC store (for my NC folks, this is NOT the liquor store. Though they do sell it). More expensive than if you shopped off the strip but way cheaper than buying in one of the hotel stores. -If you need cash, try not to use the ATMs in the casinos. Super convenient but it's a $10 plus ATM charge. -There are lots of people working the strip, almost nothing they are handing you is free unless it's a flyer. Even the people dressed up asking if you want pictures are doing so for a tip. -We have been to Vegas lots of times and never really had any issues. Just be cautious. One of Christopher's favorite activities in Vegas is to walk around at night and walk the fountain show at the Bellagio. Never had an issue so far. There is lots of hired security all over the place. Almost every store on the strip has security, even CVS. -If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to one of us!
