A year ago, on a cold Denver night- two singles sat swiping on their phones. Although they could have been making giant strides on cleaning their apartments, or finishing up work- they kept an active eye on their data app. HINGE. After Christopher found Kassandras bio, he know something was special about this girl. They connected on their love for sports, mutual connection of lacrosse, and more importantly- that she noted on her profile her personal brand was "BBQ sauce- because she was always wearing it on her shirt." Kassandra grilled Christopher with the traditional questions, like "Are you into rock music- you look like it" or the countless conversations they had about their love of Utah and the mountains, Fleetwood Mac, and a good beer at a baseball game. It was pretty quick for both Christopher and Kassandra to know this person might just be a good "match." Fast forward to St. Patricks day, where both parties were out on the town wearing their green, and celebrating the tradition of beers and laughter with friends. Christopher walked into a bar called American Bonded, and instead of Kassandra playing it cool and gradually approaching him- she ran up to him with open arms and a giant "HEYYYYYY." (That moment is still not forgotten and often reenacted). This is where the cliche notion of "the rest was history" comes in. It was quick for the two to realize that not only had they become best friends, they deeply appreciated each others approach to life, love, and family. 8 months later, Christopher took Kassandra to Wash Park in Denver to pop the question, following with a surprise party at the very spot their first exchanged hellos; American Bonded with loved ones around them. Their relationship has been anything but ordinary, but falls within the barriers of extraordinary- and they are eager to tackle life together as one- lucky couple.
