How will I get to the wedding?

Answer

We are gladly providing a free shuttle from the hotel (Best Western-Minocqua) to the private residence. The shuttle will make two trips to the wedding and 3 trips back to the hotel.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Definitely! Follow the signs once you arrive to parking. Please remember that we are offering a shuttle for a reason. Northwoods roads are confusing and cell reception can be spotty.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive before 3:45pm. The first shuttle will leave the hotel at 2:45 pm. It will return and leave around 3:20. The ceremony will be down at the lake. It will require a walk through the woods, down stairs, or to be chauffeured by a golf cart. Please give yourself time to catch your breath.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Our reception will already be tree-nut free.
