Our nearest airport is Raleigh Durham International Airport (RDU). It is about 35-45 minutes from our house/Chapel Hill. They have rental car options, but we often will take an Uber.

This is close to our house (~10 minute drive) and in a great location! Rooms seem to be affordable and available throughout the year. If you stay here, you MUST walk down the street to try a burger from Al's! As of February, the rates for the weekend of June 19th were about $130/night.

This is the most charming hotel I have ever been to! If you want to splurge in a bit of southern hospitality, this is a great pick! You even get a chocolate chip cookie upon check-in! It is located right on UNC campus and is also quite close to our house (~15 minute drive). As of February, rates for the weekend of June 19th were about $300/night.

We've never stayed here, but looking at the map it is just about 1.5 miles from the Raleigh LDS Temple and seems to get good reviews! As of February, rates for the weekend of June 19th were about $105/night.
