Where is the ceremony taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be at the Lakeside Terrace - When entering from the main building at The Broadmoor it will be right outside by the water. We recommend bringing your sunglasses.

Elevation at The Broadmoor

Answer

The Broadmoor is 6,230 feet above sea level - So please plan accordingly! Please drink plenty of water, get a good night of sleep and give your body some time to adjust.

What is the best way to get to The Broadmoor?

Answer

We highly recommend flying into the Colorado Springs Airport (COS) as it is only a 15 minute drive to The Broadmoor. If you are flying into DIA we do recommend reserving a shuttle service or rental car to get you to and from Colorado Springs (more information regarding travel & accommodations is under our 'Travel' tab)

What is the timeline for the day?

Answer

Our ceremony will be promptly starting at 4pm on The Lakeside Terrace with a Cocktail Hour & Reception to follow in the Lakeside Terrace Ballroom.

What should I wear? Is there a Dress Code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional - We can't wait to dance the night away with our favorite people. Dress to impress! Please Note: October weather in Colorado can fluctuate, we recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl as our ceremony will be outside (weather permitting).

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you're able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!
