What’s the food like at the wedding?

We’re having wood fired pizza, a few appetizers, and pizza for dessert too. Vegetarians will be able to have a couple of the appetizers and are always able to request a cheese pizza from the team at Wooden Palette.

No cake for you. Sorry! We wanted to have our cake small and baked special just for us (baked by up and coming baker, Kelsey Kovacevich) — you’ll have to enjoy the dessert pizza and gelato from the Wooden Paddle. Spencer says it's the absolute best version of dessert pizza he's ever had, and he's been to multiple pizza buffets.

What should I wear, it’s going to be cold right?

Answer

It’s November in Chicago. Could be 30, could be high 50’s. You’ll be inside much of the night, but when the space flips from ceremony to reception, you’ll have to stand outside or go upstairs. There will be heaters! But bring a coat if you’re worried.

Yes! There is a 48 space lot at Hayt Elementary school at W Thorne and N Greenview.

Yes! Self parking is $25 a night and valet is $66.

Yes, for a few hours. There will be a couple specialty cocktails, a Mojito and an Apple Sauce Old Fashion. There will also be a standard set of liquors and beers. No Bud Light Limes :(
