When and where is the wedding?

Our wedding will take place on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at York Golf & Tennis Club. Ceremony begins at 4:00 PM ET, followed by cocktails, dinner, and dancing.

Is the event adults-only?

Answer

Yes, we kindly request that all guests be 21+. We love your little ones, but we’re looking forward to an adults-only celebration.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire (suits for men and dresses below the knee for women). October evenings can be cool, so you may want to bring a light layer.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get seated and settled.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be on the lawn (weather permitting) to the side of the reception space. The reception will be held indoors.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a guest, their name or an indication of a plus-one will appear on the envelope and RSVP form. Otherwise, we are unable to accommodate additional guests.

Is there anything happening the evening before on Friday, October 9th?

Answer

Yes! We are hosting a Welcome Party at the York River Landing. To help us keep the gathering intimate and within venue capacity, our welcome event will be reserved for guests who are traveling and staying in the area the night before the wedding. We’re looking forward to celebrating with everyone at the wedding festivities.
