Transportation will be provided between the Doubletree Hotel and Bear Mountain for all of our wedding guests. Schedule for bus departure from the Doubletree is as follows: Family Bus: 4:45 PM (Extended family is invited on this bus for additional pictures with the happy couple) All Other Guests: 5:20 PM *All buses will leave Bear Mountain together at the end of the night
