Dressy Casual to Semi-Formal. We want you to feel comfortable, but feel free to dress up if you like!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive between 11:30AM–11:45AM to allow time to pass security and to make your way to the 4th floor.

How do I get to the Mayor's Balcony?

Answer

Enter through the main Polk Street entrance, also known as Dr Carlton B Goodlett Place. After passing security, walk 25 feet in and find elevators on your left. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor. When you exit, turn left and you’ll arrive at the Mayor’s Balcony. You’ll see a velvet rope and sign with our names.
