Traditional Ceremony

You will need to present to the Grand Floridian Hotel main entrance at 6:15 AM in order to ride the charter bus to take you to the ceremony space at Epcot Italy. You MUST take the charter bus as you will not be allowed access to the ceremony space otherwise. Parking at the Grand Floridian should be free for all guests. The ceremony will take place from 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM, and then the charter bus will take us back to the Grand Floridian for the reception.
Brunch Reception with Tea Ceremony
8:30 am - 1:00 pm
4401 Grand Floridian, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830
Cocktail Hour at the Whitehall Patio at the Grand Floridian Resort, followed by a brunch reception at the St. Augustine Ballroom at the Grand Floridian Resort. The charter bus will bring you from the ceremony to the reception location. Tea ceremony will occur during the reception.
Epcot Fireworks with Dessert Party

Dressy Casual to Semi-Formal
Dessert Party with Fireworks Display at Epcot Italy. Please meet at the main entrance of Epcot by 7:00 PM as we will be escorted to Italy for a fireworks viewing party. You may take your own vehicle but may have to pay for self-parking on Disney property or can take an Uber/Lyft. You can also park a the Grand Floridian Hotel, where the reception took place, and take the Monorail transportation to the Epcot park, however must be present at 6:30 PM to ensure you are not late. Please be there on time as we will need to be escorted in one group! We understand if you cannot make it as it is an evening event!
