Can I bring my children to the wedding events?

Answer

Although we love your children and the resort is family-friendly for your stay, we have chosen to keep our ceremony and reception as adults-only events. Children are welcome to all other activities! We appreciate your understanding.

How do I book my room?

Please book through the dedicated room block link provided on the "Travel" page. This ensures you receive the correct rate, wedding perks, and access to all events. Is there a payment plan for the hotel room?

Answer

Yes! To secure your room, only a deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is not due until January 22, 2027, allowing you plenty of time to plan and finalize your travel arrangements.

What is the Preferred Club at the hotel and is it worth it?

Answer

The Preferred Club at Dreams Flora Resort & Spa offers an elevated experience featuring exclusive access to a private lounge, specialized concierge service, and premium amenities like upgraded bath products and mini-bars. Guests enjoy dedicated, less-crowded pools (one adults-only, one family-friendly) and a private beach area. After our site visit, we can say we really did enjoy the Preferred Club. It’s a 'nice-to-have' rather than a 'must-have'—great for the added exclusivity, but the resort is fantastic even without it. It's a solid plus if it fits your budget, but you won't feel like you're missing out on the core experience if you skip it.

Is there a dress code?

Honestly, we are pretty chill about the whole thing—we just want you to be comfortable and enjoy your vacation! If you’re looking for a general direction, here is what we’re thinking: Welcome Party: "Beachy Dressy." Think vacation-chic and relaxed—anything you’d wear to a nice dinner by the water works for us. Wedding Ceremony: "Beach Formal." A bit more elevated for the big moment!
