No gifts please. Your company as we celebrate our wedding is a gift.
We love winter and March can be a snowy month. For those less enthusiastic, don’t despair - the wedding will be indoors! The Minneapolis airport has the best track record in the country for handling snow. It’s easy to get around by Uber,/Lyft so you can be picked up and dropped off right in front of your destination. The buildings in Minnesota are well heated (there’s a fantastic fireplace at the Minneapolis Club). We recommend gloves and a hat, they do make a difference. And feel free to wear boots to the club, bring your good shoes in a bag and change them in the coat room at the club.
If you are staying downtown in a hotel it’s unlikely you will need a car. It’s easy to get around by walking, transit or Uber/Lyft and you can avoid hotel parking fees. If you decide on an AirBnB, renting a car could be worthwhile. (And we recommend looking in Southwest Minneapolis for AirBnBs - near the large city lakes). There is a parking garage at the Minneapolis Club available to guests the night of the wedding, or you can take a cab/rideshare.
