What Should I Wear?

Answer

We're not going to be picky about what you wear. That being said we'd prefer you don't dress too casually. A pair of jeans and your favorite tank top might be comfortable but you'll be getting looks for all the wrong reasons. Ultimately, we'd just like to see our friends & family looking and feeling good. However, we'll mostly leave it up to you to decide what that entails. Some Considerations: - It'll be August, so it may be hot. - The ceremony is outside and on grass. - The reception does have A/C and a patio area for fresh air. - The reception venue is a concert venue and we intend to take advantage of that concert-like vibe so wear something you can move in.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is a large parking lot directly across the street from the reception venue. The lot is gated but we'll have an entry code, 0802, Your parking code for guest parking will be: 0802. This will be activated as soon as your venue access begins. To use the code please follow the following steps: Enter the parking lot off of Pike Street, you will see a small building and automatic arm. Drive up to the arm and utilize the larger solar powered parking kiosk and press any button to wake the unit. When asked if you have a coupon code, please select 1 for yes. When prompted for the code please enter: 0802 The kiosk will show $0.00 and the arm will raise for entry. The ceremony parking will be more limited but is attached to the ceremony site and is free. Please try to car pool if coming to ceremony.

Question

Why is the RSVP for ceremony and reception separately?

Answer

As these are at two separate locations (about a mile apart) we plan to supply beverages at the ceremony site and would like to have an idea on count for purchasing.

Traveling from out of town, where can I stay?

Answer

A block of rooms has been blocked off at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Auburn Hills South. 907 Opdyke Rd, Auburn Hills, MI. You may head over to the hotel tab to use the booking link, or can make reservations at 248-285-9300 and identify yourselves as part of the Gentry Charles Wedding, Group code GCW.

What is the parking code to enter the lot at Crofoot?

Answer

The four digit date code. 0802. Cars can stay over night until around noon the following Day.
